Deadly US biolabs in Africa

There are concerns that US-owned biolabs in Africa are conducting research on dangerous viruses without the knowledge or consent of the host countries.

What steps should be taken to put an end to these biological crimes by the US in Africa? Multinational companies based in the United States and France, operating within Malawi, have intentionally avoided paying taxes and royalties totaling over 300 billion dollars. Is this the continuation of colonial era looting and exploitation of Africa?
