US President Donald Trump has ridiculed Sen. Elizabeth Warren and former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg after their poor performances on Super Tuesday, describing each candidate as the "loser" of the night.
The early results showed Michael Bloomberg, who spent more than half a billion dollars on advertising, only won the US territory of American Samoa.
Sen. Elizabeth Warren had yet to post any early wins but was poised to place third in her home state of Massachusetts after initial results showed former vice president Joe Biden had 33.7 percent of the vote, Sen. Bernie Sanders 26.9 percent and Warren 21.5 percent there.
Trump took to Twitter Wednesday, swiping at both candidates separately, saying Bloomberg got nothing but “the nickname Mini Mike.”
The biggest loser tonight, by far, is Mini Mike Bloomberg. His “political” consultants took him for a ride. $700 million washed down the drain, and he got nothing for it but the nickname Mini Mike, and the complete destruction of his reputation. Way to go Mike!

The president then blasted Warren with a racist nickname, saying “she didn’t even come close to winning her home state of Massachusetts."
Elizabeth “Pocahontas” Warren, other than Mini Mike, was the loser of the night. She didn’t even come close to winning her home state of Massachusetts. Well, now she can just sit back with her husband and have a nice cold beer!

The fight between Biden and Sanders, on the other hand, peaked on a day that will determine whether the Democratic battle will drag on all the way to the July convention or be decided much sooner.
So far, Sanders has won Colorado, Utah, his home of state of Vermont as well as the key state of California.
Biden has captured Virginia, North Carolina, Alabama, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Arkansas, along with Minnesota and Massachusetts.
To secure the party's presidential nomination, a total of 1,991 delegates to the national convention are needed, but, no candidate is anywhere close to that number as yet.
