Britain’s National Health Service, the NHS, could face its worst winter in recent history if it does not immediately receive a much-needed emergency bailout. NHS providers warn that a record number of patients could lose their lives if waiting times and bed shortages remain as bad as they already are. Amina Taylor has more.
