Al-Aqsa Flood operation anniversary
Marking the third anniversary of the Al-Aqsa Flood, Hamas has reaffirmed its commitment to resistance until the establishment of a Palestinian state with al-Quds as its capital. In a statement, Hamas said the October 7 operation was a historic milestone and a response to decades of occupation, siege, killings, and denial of Palestinians' rights. It accused Israel of continuing a silent genocide amid the ceasefire, saying around 15 hundred Palestinians have been killed in Gaza since the truce. The overall toll has surpassed 74,200. Meanwhile, Abu Obeida, the spokesman of the Qassam Brigades, says the al-Aqsa flood operation was a military miracle that shattered Israel's security doctrine. He called on the world to act for Gaza, saying Palestine will not forget those who stand with it.
Al-Aqsa operation beyond Israel imagination
Iran’s chief of staff of the armed forces says the Al-Aqsa Flood Operation went far beyond what Israel had imagined, disrupting the calculations of the resistance’s enemy and shaking the foundations of the Zionist regime. Major General Abdollahi said the October 7th operation shifted the resistance front’s strategy from defense to offensive in the legitimate defense of the Palestinian people and their land. He added that the operation accelerated the decline of the child-killing Zionist regime. General Abdollahi said the enemies of the Islamic Umma, especially Israel, must understand that the sacrifices of resistance martyrs will continue and will ultimately bring an end to the occupying regime. Major General Abdollahi stressed that the guidance of the martyred leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, and the current leader, Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei, will continue to shape Iran’s support for the Palestinian cause.
Iran's 'courage' praised
President Masoud Pezeshkian says Iran's national interests and the rights of the people are red lines. Pezeshkian made the remark in a phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin. He said if the US adheres to international legal frameworks, reaching an agreement would not be out of reach. The president noted that the biggest obstacle to a fair agreement is the US side’s pursuit of domineering. Putin, for his part, said Iran’s courage has drawn admiration around the world. Praising the Iranian people’s historic and heroic resistance in the face of US-Israeli attacks, Putin said Moscow welcomes efforts to de-escalate tensions and supports diplomatic efforts.
