IRGC stages 48th wave of Op. True Promise 4 alongside Hezbollah; Zionists warned of 'days of darkness'

The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) has announced the successful execution of the 48th wave of its ongoing retaliatory Operation True Promise 4 against Zionist and American targets.

The Corps made the announcement in a statement on Saturday, saying the part of the latest wave that targeted the occupied territories was conducted in coordination with Lebanon's Hezbollah resistance movement.

It listed the Israeli targets as areas lying in the northern part of the territories, namely Galilee, Golan, and the occupied city of Haifa.

American bases throughout the region were among the other targets being hit in the latest stage.

The 48th wave, the statement added, involved the firing of solid-fuel Kheibar Shekan missiles, liquid-fuel Qadr missiles, and attack drones.

Earlier, the Corps had announced execution of the 47th wave of the reprisal.

According to the Corps' Public Relations Office, the latter phase that went underway on Friday targeted such areas inside the occupied territories as the Negev Desert, including Nevatim, which hosts one of the Israeli regime's largest airbases, the occupied city of Be’er Sheva that serves as the regime's technological epicenter, and the occupied city of Lod.

The Corps also hit al-Udaid, the United States' most important airbase in the West Asia region that is located in Qatar.

Additionally, the IRGC targeted the hiding places of the anti-Iran Komala terrorist group.

The 47th wave of the reprisal employed solid-fuel Kheibar Shekan missiles and liquid-fuel Qadr missiles, the Corps reported.

Also on Friday, the IRGC announced conducting the 46th wave of the operation, targeting sites inside the occupied territories using Khorramshahr, Kheibar Shekan, Emad, and Qadr missiles.

The latter announcement also emphasized the psychological effect of the strikes, noting, "Siren to siren and a scramble to enter shelters, this is the current state of the Zionists at this moment."

The operation was launched momentarily after the Israeli regime and the United States began staging their latest round of unprovoked aggression towards the Islamic Republic late last month.

The IRGC has deployed hundreds of ballistic and hypersonic missiles as well as attack drones against hostile Israeli and American targets during the reprisal so far.

Separately on Friday, the Corps reported downing five invading drones using its advanced air defense system. The targeted unmanned aerial vehicles included Orbiter 4, Hermes, and MQ-9 Reaper drones.

The IRGC noted that, since the beginning of the imposed aggression, a total of 114 reconnaissance and combat drones had been destroyed by its advanced air defense systems.

'IRGC warns Zionists: We'll bring upon you days of darkness'

Meanwhile, Zionists throughout the occupied territories began receiving warning text messages in Hebrew sent by the IRGC.

“By the permission of God, we will bring upon you days of darkness in which you will wish for death, but you will not find it," read the message.
