A UN team of experts says it is concerned about “recrudescence of hate and xenophobic speech” in France.

Approximately five percent of France’s population is estimated to have family origins in sub-Saharan Africa. Despite their prevalence, a new study has revealed the extent to which France has been unwilling to integrate young, black men into the society. Ramin Mazaheri reports from Paris.
