France covering up Algeria crimes

1960 may sound like a far cry back in time. But to victims of nuclear testing, the past is the present. Physical damage is a constant reminder of what happened.

The victim was Algeria and the perpetrator its colonial master of the time, France. So far Algeria has finally managed to secure a quasi-apology from France. To hear how much more it can expect of the Western-European Mediterranean state July, 9 2021 was not the national day South Sudan would have expected 10 years ago when it separated from Sudan eventually by referendum.
