Manchester United have moved level on points with Liverpool at the top of the Premier League after a 2-1 win over Aston Villa at Old Trafford.
Anthony Martial headed Man United in front in the 40th minute, after getting on the end of a fine cross by Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
Villa got the equalizer in the 58th minute with Jack Grealish supplying a brilliant pass to Bertrand Traore, who made no mistake to slot neatly past David de Gea.
But the Red Devils responded 3 minutes later as Bruno Fernandes scored from the spot. Ole Gunnar Solskjær's team only trail the Merseyside Reds on goal difference with both teams on 33 points from 16 matches. Villa are 6th on 26 points, but still have a game in hand.
