World No.2, Rafael Nadal has clinched a record-extending 13th title at French Open after outclassing World No. 1, Novak Djokovic in straight sets.
The king of Clay dominated the match from the onset and with his ruthless performance took the opening set 6-love.
Nadal showed no mercy after he did not face much of a resistance by Djokovic and managed to take the secod set 6-2.
However, the Serbian ace regrouped in the third, but it was not enough to break Nadal’s flawless performance as the Spaniard took it 7-5 and matched Roger Federer's record of 20 Grand Slam men's titles.
Meanwhile, with the win, Nadal registered his 100th victory at Roland Garros.
