The Iran men's national deaf soccer team has remained unbeaten at the group stage of the fourth edition of Asia Pacific Deaf Football Championships in South Korea, and proudly advanced to the next level of the continental event.
On Wednesday, the hearing-impaired Iranian soccer players trounced the Omani side 3-0 in their last Group B match at the Changwon Center Stadium in South Korea’s southeastern city of Changwon.
Iranian striker Mostafa Rahim Ferdosnejad scored a brace in the 17th and 22nd minutes of the game, before Mohsen Farzi made it 3-0 in the 38th minute.
The Iran men's national deaf soccer team is scheduled to take on South Korea on Friday.
The fourth edition of Asia Pacific Deaf Football Championships kicked off on April 23, and will wrap up on May 7, 2018.
