Right groups urge African leaders to tackle displacement

Rights groups in Uganda have called on African leaders to take action and resolve political crises affecting millions of displaced people in parts of the continent. The call comes as growing sexual and ethnic violence in the Democratic Republic of Congo has forced a large number of people to flee their homes into neighboring Uganda.
