US-led coalition of bombing Syria's Raqqa

Russia says the US and its allies have wiped the Syrian city of Raqqah off the face of the earth through quote barbaric bombardments. Around 45,000 of the 200,000 residents remain in the city. The city has been recently liberated from Daesh by a US-led coalition. Moscow says western countries are offering financial aid to Raqqah as a cover-up for their crimes.

In this edition of The Debate, Press TV has conducted an interview with Adam Garrie, a managing editor of theduran.com from London, and Stephen Schlesinger, the former director of the World Policy Institute from New York, to discuss why the US has bombed the Syrian city of Raqqa even after the city was liberated from Daesh terrorists.
