S Korea calls for talks with the North as US flies bombers

South Korean President Moon Jae-in has called for talks with North Korea within the year despite growing US frustration with Pyongyang. His comments come as the US flew strategic B1B bombers over the Korean Peninsula Tuesday from their base in Guam, accompanied by South Korean fighter jets.
