Migrants' flow prompt Italian authorities to set up makeshift camps

The constant flow of migrants into Italy has now forced authorities in the capital Rome to set up a makeshift refugee camp near the city center. Italian officials are pointing the finger at other European countries for not doing enough to share the burden of the migrant crisis. Our correspondent Max Civili has the details in his report from Rome.
