Press TV has conducted an interview with Nader Talebzadeh, a political commentator based in Tehran, to discuss the views of Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei on Iran-P5+1 nuclear talks as well as the Saudi aggression against Yemen.
Talebzadeh says, we should not be exuberant with the initial understanding reached between Iran and the P5+1 as the two sides have yet to work out a final accord, and this is the most important message that was relayed in the Leader’s speech today.
The analyst adds that Iran does not consider the gradual lifting of sanctions as an option in the talks over its nuclear activities, stressing that only a total and immediate removal of anti-Iran bans will allow for a lasting nuclear agreement to be reached.
Speaking about Ayatollah Khamenei’s stance on Yemen, the analyst states that Saudis seem to have “lost their GPS” and be involved in a “big gamble.”
He concludes by saying that Washington supports the Riyadh regime by providing it with lethal weapons to carry out atrocious bombardments in Yemen, but this has failed to prevent the Ansarullah revolutionaries of the Houthi movement from making more gains.
