Bio Farah ALHashim a multi award winning filmmaker and journalist. Worked as a political analyst on France24, key note speaker for Kuwait delegation at Unesco’s international conference on protecting the rights and liberties of Journalists in the MENA region in 2018. Worked in the journalism sector since 2006, worked closely with the late Lebanese journalist Jebran Tueni before his death in 2005. worked with Ghassan Hajjar covering social and political affairs in Beirut including the serial assassinations that took place in Beirut.
Alhashem served as a diplomatic advisor for Kuwait mission to the UN in New York in 2013. worked as a field reporter and political correspondent in Paris for 7 years with AP. Graduated with a BA in Journalism with High honours from the Lebanese American University and an MA in international Affairs from the same University.
ALHashem has an MFA in Filmmaking from New York and taught by Late Hollywood Director Gary Marshall. also received a master 2 from Sorbonne pantheon in 2019.
