In the southern regions of Iran, there has been relative calm existing over the past few nights. The US stopped its aggressive attacks on Iran and Tehran responded by halting its retaliatory attacks on American assets in the area. A pseudo-ceasefire seems to be in effect. But for how long?
Meanwhile, the Strait of Hormuz continues to be controlled by the Islamic Republic. Iran says no vessel will be allowed to cross the strait without the coordination and permission of Iran.
