Following Trump’s confession on cooperation with Israeli aggression on Iran in the 12-day war, which began on June 13, Tehran has stressed its right to hold the United States to account, saying it is entitled to seek compensation.
Calling Trump’s remarks criminal, Iran’s permanent envoy to the United Nations, Amir Saeid Iravani, cited clear evidence of US responsibility. Iran says the US and the Israeli regime hold joint responsibility for war crimes and nuclear site attacks.
Iran also demanded compensation for war casualties and civilian destruction during the attacks.
