The Director of the World Health Organization warns that Israel’s ongoing military operations in northern Gaza are triggering new mass displacements.
Slamming US veto at UNSC
The United States has once again blocked a UN Security Council resolution calling for an end to the genocide in Gaza. The veto has been met with condemnation from UN member states and the Palestinian resistance. It has also brought under the spotlight Washington’s complicity in the genocidal war.
Yemenis support Gaza
Yemenis have once again held a mass rally in the northern city of Sa’ada to reaffirm their solidarity with Palestinians and condemn the genocide in Gaza.
The demonstrators carried Yemeni and Palestinian flags, and chanted slogans in condemnation of the Israeli crimes in Gaza as well as the aggression against Yemen. They also expressed support for the Yemeni armed forces for their anti-Israel operations. Yemenis have been holding pro-Palestine rallies almost every Friday since the beginning of the genocide in Gaza in October 2023.
