Farshchian masterpieces shine in Imam Reza Museum

In Mashhad, the Museum of the Holy Shrine of Imam Reza (AS) now houses 18 masterpieces gifted by the late Iranian miniaturist Mahmoud Farshchian, including his celebrated “Evening of Ashura,” a favorite of Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.
The masterpieces once kept in the Shrine’s treasury are now on public display following the artist’s passing.
