Iran’s embassy in Syria holds memorial for late Hamas leader at Damascus University

Under the banner, “Sinwar is immortalized in history, and the Palestinian resistance will remain alive,” the Iranian embassy in Syria organized a memorial at Damascus University. Syrian political figures and students as well as members from Palestinian factions attended the event. Participants affirmed Sinwar's martyrdom as a symbol of the shared struggle against the Israeli occupation.
