More Palestinians are killed in Gaza as the Israeli regime continues to pound the blockaded territory with unrelenting air and artillery strikes. In one of the deadliest attacks, at least nine people, including women and children, were killed and over 30 others injured in Israel’s bombing of a Palestinian home in the center of Gaza City. In Rafah, southern Gaza, the Civil Defense said at least four people were killed after Israeli warplanes targeted displaced people there. In a separate strike in Rafah, three were killed and several others injured in a drone strike north of the city. The Israeli aggression, which began in October, has so far claimed the lives of more than 40,800 and injured over 94,000 others. Hunger, Malnutrition, and lack of medical supplies are also taking their toll on the Gaza population.

Israel protests

The families of the Israeli captives have held a new wave of protests in Tel Aviv to demand Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu secure the release of their loved ones held in Gaza. The protesters blamed Netanyahu for the death of captives and urged him to sign a deal with the Palestinian resistance group to bring the others back alive. On Tuesday night, tens of thousands of Israelis also gathered in several cities, including Rehovot, Hod Hasharon, and Tel Aviv. They demanded the resignation of Netanyahu and his far-right cabinet, The protesters accused the prime minister of systematically obstructing the Gaza ceasefire for his personal and political gains. They referred to new demands by Netanyahu in negotiations with Hamas that have provoked public anger. Israelis, including the families of the captives, have held rallies almost on a daily basis since the regime launched its war on Gaza. Meanwhile, in Tel Aviv, scuffles broke out between protesters and Israeli police on Tuesday night.

Israel West Bank offensive 
Israeli forces continue their deadly attacks across the occupied West Bank for the eighth day in a row. In the latest attacks, three Palestinians were killed and several others injured in Tulkarm and a town near Jenin. The deaths bring to 34 the number of Palestinians killed by Israeli forces since the regime launched its large-scale military operations last week. Nearly 700 Palestinians have so far been killed by Israeli troops in the West Bank since October 7. Also, Israeli forces have arrested five more Palestinians during raids on the cities of Nablus and Bethlehem. According to media reports, an Israeli soldier was killed during the regime’s offensive in Jenin. Regime forces have been raiding major cities by deploying armored vehicles, bulldozers, and snipers backed by drones and warplanes.
