Sept 1: ‘Axis of Resistance’ operations against Israeli occupation

Amid Israel's genocidal war on Gaza, which has killed at least 40,700 Palestinians so far, the majority of them children, resistance groups in Palestine and across the region continue their operations against the Tel Aviv regime and its Western backers.

The major operations carried out by the Palestinian and regional resistance groups on Sunday, September 1, are as follows:

Al-Qassam Brigades' operations on Sept 1:

• - Ambushed an Israeli infantry force after it advanced toward a house where resistance fighters were present in the Al-Damj neighborhood of Jenin camp in the occupied West Bank. This followed intense clashes with occupation forces using light weapons.

Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades' operations on Sept 1:

• - Targeted Israeli military personnel and vehicles positioned along the "Netzarim" axis with two 107mm rockets and heavy-caliber mortar shells.
• - Engaged in fierce clashes with Israeli forces near the Cinema Roundabout in central Jenin, occupied West Bank, using machine guns and explosive devices.
• - Engaged in intense confrontations with Israeli forces that had penetrated Kafr Dan, Al-Yamoun, and Al-Sila Al-Harithiya areas of Jenin, occupied West Bank, using machine guns and explosive devices.
• - Clashed fiercely with Israeli forces storming the Mahawer area in central Al-Khalil, occupied West Bank, using machine guns.
• - Targeted a gathering of Israeli soldiers along the "Netzarim" axis with a 107mm rocket.
• - In a joint operation with the Mujahideen Brigades, targeted Israeli soldiers advancing in the Zaytoun neighborhood east of Gaza City with 60mm mortar shells.
• - Engaged in fierce clashes with Israeli forces that had penetrated combat zones in the city of Jenin and its camp, occupied West Bank, using machine guns and explosive devices.

Al-Quds Brigades' operations on Sept 1:

• - Engaged in fierce clashes with Israeli forces on combat fronts in Jenin, occupied West Bank, launching heavy bursts of gunfire at Israeli infantry.
• - Detonated a pre-prepared explosive device against Israeli occupation forces near the Tawalbeh Mosque in Jenin, occupied West Bank, followed by a barrage of gunfire at regime forces across various battlefronts.

Mujahideen Brigades' operations on Sept 1:

• - In a joint operation with the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, targeted gatherings of Israeli forces advancing in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood southeast of Gaza City with 60mm mortar shells.
• - Targeted Israeli forces along the "Netzarim" axis with a Haseb-111 rocket.

Al-Nasser Salah Al-Din Brigades' Operations on Sept 1:

• - In a joint operation with the Al-Qassam Brigades, targeted an Israeli military bulldozer of the "D9" type with a tandem warhead near Al-Quds Open University in the Tal al-Sultan neighborhood west of Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip.

Hezbollah's operations on Sept 1:

• - Targeted surveillance equipment at the Ruwaysat al-Alam site in Lebanon's Kfar Shuba with appropriate weaponry.
• - Targeted Israeli soldiers near the Kafrioufal checkpoint with appropriate weapons.
• - Launched rockets at Israeli soldiers near the Al-Marj site. 
• - Targeted surveillance equipment at the Hadab Yaroun site with a drone.
• - Attacked the Jal Al-Alam site with artillery shells.
• - Targeted the Ramia site with artillery shells.
• - Launched rockets at the Samaka site in Lebanon's Kfar Shouba.
• - Targeted Israeli military buildings in the Manara settlement.
• - Targeted Israeli military buildings in the Shtula settlement with rockets.
• - Fired rockets at the 8200 Intelligence Battalion of the Galilee Division in the Meitat barracks.
