Amid Israel's genocidal war on Gaza, which has killed more than 37,400 Palestinians so far, including around 16,000 children, resistance groups in Palestine and across the region continue their operations against the Tel Aviv regime and its Western backers.
The major operations carried out by the Palestinian and regional resistance groups on Monday, June 17, are as follows:
Al-Qassam Brigades’ operations on June 17:
- Targeted a gathering of Israeli forces stationed southeast and southwest of the Tal Al-Sultan neighborhood in the city of Rafah, southern Gaza, with mortar shells.
- Targeted two Israeli military Merkava tanks with two Al-Yassin 105 shells in the Tal Al-Sultan neighborhood, west of the city of Rafah, southern Gaza Strip.
- Targeted headquarters of the Israeli military south of the Tal Al-Sultan neighborhood in the city of Rafah, southern Gaza, with heavy-caliber mortar shells.
Al-Quds Briagdes’ operations on June 17:
- Detonated an Israeli military tank with a guerilla action explosive device south of the Saudi neighborhood, west of Rafah, southern Gaza Strip.
- Shelled positions of the Israeli military around Tal Zorob, southwest of Rafah, southern Gaza Strip, with heavy mortar shells.
- Targeted a gathering of Israeli soldiers and their military vehicles around the "Kerem Shalom" military site east of Rafah, southern Gaza, with Ababil explosive devices.
Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades’ operations on June 17:
- Targeted an Israeli military Merkava tank with an RPG shell in the center of the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip,
- Targeted the command and control rooms of the Israeli military on the supply line in the “Netzarim” axis, south of Gaza City, with a barrage of mortar shells.
Mujahideen Brigades’ operations on June 17:
- Targeted the command site of the Gaza Division of the Israeli military, “Re'im,” with a rocket barrage
Martyr Omar Al-Qasim Forces’ operations on June 17:
- Targeted an Israeli military troop carrier with an RPG shell in the middle of the Shaboura camp, west of the city of Rafah, southern Gaza Strip.
