Students at American University in Cairo protest in support of Gaza
Dozens of students at the American University in Cairo (AUC) rallied inside the campus in support of Gaza on Monday, joining the global movement in the US campuses and other universities around the world.
Students were seen holding banners that read 'Boycott and Divest' calling for the university to divest from corporations accused of aiding Israel.
The protest comes during the Palestinian week organized by AUC, which offers talks and discussions in commemoration of the 1948 Nakba and amid the current ongoing war in Gaza.
