BRICS buildout presents possibility of new world model

Leaders of BRICS have outlined the achievements of the bloc so far and what more can be achieved by the group in future. Speaking at the plenary session of the 15th BRICS Summit in Johannesburg, President Cyril Ramaphosa of South Africa who is chairing the summit said BRICS stands at a momentous occasion as more than a dozen countries seek to join the body.
