Every Tuesday, Palestinians in Gaza hold a rally supporting the prisoners. Palestinians in the Palestinian territories and different places across the Gaza Strip took to the street at the same time in what is called "Marches of Anger." Protesters condemn the Israeli crackdown against the prisoners and express support for the detainees’ civil disobedience actions.
Palestinian prisoners in the Israeli jails have pressed ahead for the 30th consecutive day with their civil disobedience actions protesting the regime’s repressive measures initiated by far-right minister Itmar Ben-Gvir.
With the approaching of the fasting month of Ramadan, the prisoners' disobedience actions are expected to intensify and even culminate to an open-ended hunger strike.
The national and Islamic forces expressed their concerns over the International silence against the Israeli human rights violations and urged the international community to immediately take action.
People of all walks of life expressed their commitment to the prisoners' case and condemned the Israeli repressive campaign against them. Anti-occupation slogans and pro-prisoners banners were raised during the protest.
The national and Islamic committee denounced the Israeli crackdown and said that these measures will never go unpunished by the Palestinian resistance.
As the fasting month of Ramadan approaches, the Israeli regime intensifies its violations against Palestinian prisoners. In time with other parts of Palestinian territories, Palestinians in the Gaza Strip confirm their absolute support and readiness to defend the prisoners.
