Analyst: Missile that hit near Israeli nuclear facility was not errant

A political commentator has raised questions about Israel’s account on a missile attack that hit near its secretive Dimona nuclear facility, saying the missile was not errant despite the regime’s claim and appeared to be a “surface-to-surface” or “ballistic” missile destined for the target that it hit.
