Iran nuclear deal

Iran has called on the P5+1 countries to fulfill their obligations under the 2015 nuclear deal. “It is the greatest honor of the Iranian nation that despite the withdrawal of the other party from the agreement, we waited for a whole year, from 2018 to 2019, and started to scale down our commitments. So, those who say whether the US or Iran should take the first step should take into account that we alone carried the burden of the JCPOA for a whole year.” Iran’s President Hassan Rouhani said Tehran has been in an economic war imposed by the enemies despite remaining committed to the agreement. He added that Tehran has proved it is committed to its obligations, seeking peace rather than war and all its activities are peaceful and today is the turn for the other party to take the step forward. Rouhani warned that any day of delay would be in their detriment. The United State withdrew from the landmark agreement in 2018 and reinstated sanctions on Iran months later.

Additionally, more than 100,000 people are shot there each year.

The Health Ministry said more than 90,000 cases were also registered in the span of 24 hours. The official tally of infections in the Latin American country has crossed 12.7 million.
