Over the NBA, the Los Angeles Lakers poor performance in the recent week have continued as they suffer a 105 to 86 loss against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
The OKC took the opening quarter 26-18 before losing the 2nd quarter with a single point margin. However they took a 52-45 lead at the intermission. The OKC, then took the control of the game and widened the gap to 19-points after winning the 2nd half.
Lakers superstars had a weak performance as LeBron James and Anthony Davis only collected 19 and 9 points respectively while Danilo Gallinari pocketed 19 for the City Thunder.
Meanwhile, the Boston Celtics bounced back from a defeat against Miami after routing the Brooklyn Nets 149 to 115.
The Celtics were the better side of the match from the onset and went to their locker room with a 71-62 advantage. The Celtics kept their flawless performance after the break and took the next 2 quarters that led to their 34-point margin victory.
Boston will meet defending champions, Toronto on Friday while the Nets will line up against the Kings.
