Tehran drive-in circus draws people out of homes amid lockdown

You definitely have heard about if not gone to a drive-thru restaurant, but I bet you have never been to a drive-thru circus! A group of circus performers in Iran have now made it possible to sit back in your car and enjoy live circus shows.
Time to take a break from the coronavirus stress and have some adrenaline rush; after more than 5 months of being unable to perform due to the coronavirus pandemic, performers from Iran, Brazil, Colombia and Tanzania have come up with a creative idea to get their show running: Drive-in circus!
Hosted by Tehran’s iconic Milad Tower, the circus has the capacity of 80 cars. Spectators have to stay inside their cars, and instead of cheering when they’re excited, they honk their car horns and flash their lights. After a long self-isolation, visitors say they needed to have such a thrilling experience.
Acrobats put on diverse breathtaking stunts, like these trapeze artists from Brazil who made everyone drop their jaws. And now, welcome to the globe of death. It takes extreme skill and experience to defy gravity and at the same time avoid a disaster. But when there are four motorcyclists inside, I absolutely have no idea what it takes to get out in one piece!
Performers here say they feel excited to be able to bring joy to some folks amid their sad times with the pandemic.
Organizers of this circus say the idea of drive-thru entertainment is for now the best way out to both observe social distancing and have occasional outdoor. Actually, it’s so smart that we should expect drive-in cinemas and concerts!
This is the living definition of the saying that goes, necessity is the mother of invention. The hard days of coronavirus for sure have revolutionized our lifestyle and have taught us to invent contingency plans to keep our joy and happiness running even when we think that there's no reason for happiness.
