Saudi coup
The saga continues in the Saudi Kingdom as intra-familial tension is raised again, following the arrest of the Kings brother, Prince Ahmed bin Abdul-Aziz, the Kings nephew, Prince Mohammed Bin Nayef, and a royal cousin, Prince Nawaf Bin Nayef.
The three arrests come amid allegations of a coup by the Royals to oust the current King, and attempt to fill the void left behind. However, as we have seen in the past, the ruthless Crown Prince Bin Salman will stop at nothing to seize power, following his detaining of many others in 2017 in the Ritz Carlton Hotel.
