A protest has take place in London at Abuja House against the Nigerian government calling out Nigeria's President Buhari amid serious allegations of corruption and human rights abuses of political prisoners.

One case highlighted in particular was the case of Sheikh Ibrahim Zakzaky detained by the Nigerian state despite human rights and legal experts suggesting he should have already been freed.

While the Nigerian government shows no signs of getting it's house in order anytime soon, protestors also maintain they will not be silenced until their demands are met.

Activists have gathered outside Abuja House to protest a number of issues including the detention of Sheikh Ibrahim ZakZaky which activists say is an ongoing and serious human rights breach.
