Helping Iraq
Iran has always been the pioneering country in helping the war-torn country of Iraq whose resources have been looted by the US.
Iraq actually owes its security to Iran as it helped Iraqis in fighting the terrorist groups. The US government which invaded Iraq in 2003 meant to bring security and peace for its people. After the fall of Saddam, US's interferences have brought Iraqis destruction and insecurity. In the recent protests some slogans are heard against Iran which are clearly manipulated and controlled by the US and its allies.
Since the day the US set foot in Iraq, the people of this country have suffered huge damages from various aspects. In addition to all the destruction and insecurity, the US has linked Iraqi banks to its Federal Reserves System and this way can control solely financial corruption. Whereas of 1500 billion dollars Iraq made off oil since the US occupation, the Iraqi people appear to have received nothing.
The US government has also warned Iraq about cooperation with Iran. Iran and Iraq have found ways around blocking and blockades and have foreseen a good chance the trade volume between the two states, will rise to 20 billion dollars by 2021.The same was put at 12 billion dollars for last year. Iraqs power shortage reduced to 30% with the help of Iran, compared to past years which were nearly 70% .
