Wimbledon: Nadal tops Sousa, reaches quarters
The world's No. 2 Rafael Nadal has crushed Joao Sousa in straight sets to book his spot in the quarterfinals of the Wimbledon Championships.
Nadal was a fireball from the onset, as he broke the Portuguese twice to take a 4-love advantage before clinching the opener at 6-2. The Spaniard then kept his pace in the upcoming sets to break Sousa 4 times, wrapping up the contest with 2 more 6-2 victories to lay down a marker to his rivals for the Wimbledon title.
