Catalonia govt. denounces EU parliament's green light to far-right conference

The European Parliament is facing a storm of criticism in Catalonia after it authorized Spanish far-right party Vox to hold a conference on Catalonia. Pro-indy forces have denounced what they call a double standard of the EU chamber whose president, Antonio Tajani, has turned down a similar request by Catalonia's president Quim Torra and exiled predecessor Carles Puigdemont two weeks ago.
