Catalonia's declaration of independence one year on

It has been one year since Spain sacked the semi-autonomous government in Catalonia and dissolved the regional parliament after a unilateral declaration of independence. With half the former government officials in jail and the others in exile, the pro-independence movement in Catalonia is trying to regain control of the region's institutions.
