The Palestinian government has slammed Israel's decision to build a new settler neighborhood in the occupied West Bank city of al-Khalil, also known as Hebron. The Israeli regime on Sunday approved the establishment of a new Jewish settlement in al-Khalil, the first such construction in the area in 16 years.
