Tensions rise between the Lebanese foreign ministry and the United Nation’s refugee agency over the issue of Syrian refugees. Lebanese officials have accused the UNHCR of intimidating refugees who wish to voluntarily return to their homeland, calling the situation in Syria insecure. The UN agency has refuted the accusations.
