US-EU trade row

US President Donald Trump has threatened to tax all European-made cars if the EU reciprocates his punitive tariffs on imports of metal products from the continent.

He added that taxing European cars will make up for the existing trade imbalance with the EU. Trump’s comment is the latest twist in a war of words that began on Thursday after he vowed high duties on European steel and aluminum.
