Syrian army advances in Eastern Ghouta

The Syrian army is making advances in Eastern Goutah on the outskirts of the capital Damascus. Thousands of terrorists have holed up in the area, shelling a humanitarian corridor set up by the government to let the civilians out.

In this edition of The Debate, Press TV has talked to its Damascus based correspondent, Mohamad Ali, and interviewed Hafsa Kara-Mustapha, a journalist and Middle East expert from London, and Michael Lane, president of the American Institute for Foreign Policy, from Washington, to discuss Syrian army's recent advances in Eastern Ghouta on the outskirts of the capital Damascus.
