Bolivian President Evo Morales declared a state of emergency from La Paz, after severe floods hit a number of regions throughout Bolivia.

Bolivian President Evo Morales has declared a state of emergency, after severe floods hit a number of regions throughout the Latin American country.

“The cabinet has decided to declare a state of emergency in order to deal with those families affected by the floods,” said Morales.
