Seoul announces unilateral sanctions against North Korea just a day before US President Donald Trump is due to meet his South Korean counterpart Moon Jae-in. Activists in Seoul have called on Trump to suspend US-led military drills, threats, sanctions and pressure that they argue worsen tensions in the region. Press TV correspondent Frank Smith reports from the South Korean capital.
