Syria's evacuation deal in effect

An evacuation deal to move people out of 4 besieged towns in Syria has begun. The agreement allows militants and their families to leave 2 towns north of the capital Damascus. In exchange, thousands of besieged civilians have been granted a permit to exit several militant-held regions. Our correspondent Mohamad Ali was at the exit point near Damascus and has this report.
