South Korean President Park Geun-hye has been removed from office by the country’s Constitutional Court. The unanimous ruling comes after months of protests calling for her resignation over widespread corruption in her administration. Following the court ruling, violent protests erupted in the capital Seoul, leaving 2 pro-Park demonstrators dead.
