US missile system arrives in South Korea amid controversy

Components of a controversial advanced US missile system have arrived in South Korea amid opposition within South Korea as well as neighboring countries, especially China. The United States is seeking to deploy the system even as South Korea is in the midst of a political scandal, with parts of the batteries arriving sooner than expected.
