Deaf, blind artists put works on display in Australia

A group of deaf and blind artists in Australia are trying to challenge the notion that art is not for people with similar disabilities.

An exhibition in the city of Perth has put on display over 30 pieces of works by artists who are deaf and blind. A team of 30 volunteers and 26 interpreters also assist with communication and sighted guide.

Participants say exhibitions like this are crucial for changing the general public's perception of deaf and blind people.
