South Korean president reshuffles cabinet amid scandal

South Korean President Park Geun-hye has designated a new Prime Minister and other key cabinet posts in an effort to rebuild public confidence. Opposition lawmakers promptly rejected the move, as the scandal of influence peddling and meddling in state affairs by a close friend of President Park continues.
