Georgians vote in contested parlimentary runoffs

Georgians have voted in the second round of parliamentary elections to decide the fate of the 50 remaining seats. The ruling Georgian Dream and opposition United National Movement candidates are the favorites to win most of the seats. But preliminary results show Georgian Dream is winning the race.
