Attack on gas facility kills 5 in northern Iraq

Yemen’s Saudi-backed former government has accepted a peace agreement proposed by the United Nations. The agreement calls for an end to armed conflict in Yemen and urges Ansarullah fighters and their allies to withdraw from the capital Sana’a. There's been no reaction from Ansarullah yet.
At least five people are killed in an attack at a gas facility in northern Iraq. Four assailants detonated several explosive devices at the gas compressor station northwest of Kirkuk. Daesh terrorists have claimed responsibility for the attack.

Mali extends a state of emergency for another eight months, following renewed unrest in the northeast. The decision was made during an extraordinary session of the parliament. Extra security measures were first introduced last November when militants attacked a hotel in the capital Bamako.
Muslims and Christians in the French city of Lyon join a silent march to condemn the recent attack on a church in Saint-Etienne-du-Rouvray that left a priest dead. The rally dubbed 'Brotherhood March' was planned by the regional Muslim council in a bid to bring religious communities together.
Police in the US state of Texas say at least one person has been killed in fresh gun-related violence in downtown Austin. There were two separate shooting incidents in the same area. A middle-aged woman died outside a bar and three people were injured.
